No Shows/Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy & Payment Policy

Booking & Payments

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
To receive promotional pricing, full payment is required at the time of booking.
An invoice will be sent upon booking, and must be paid within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the service or package.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

We kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Missed appointments or insufficient notice will result in:

• A $200 fee charged to the card on file, or

• Forfeiture of one session from any applicable prepaid package

For Laser, Forma & BodyFX services, this fee must be paid before rebooking.

Packages & Promotions

• All packages and promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable and expire one year from the date of purchase.

• Promotional rates are only valid when prepaid at the time of booking.

• Missed payment deadlines will result in the cancellation of the promotional offer.

Retail Products & Gift Certificates

• All retail products are final sale – no refunds or exchanges.

• Gift certificates are:

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Not valid toward retail product purchases

  • Must be applied toward a service of equal or greater value
