Booking & Payments

• A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

• To qualify for promotional pricing, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• An invoice will be sent upon booking and must be paid within 24 hours to confirm your appointment.

• Unpaid invoices within 24 hours will result in automatic cancellation of the service or package.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

• We kindly require at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in one of the following:

  • A $200 fee charged to the card on file, or

  • Forfeiture of one session from an applicable prepaid package

• For Laser, Forma, and BodyFX services, any applicable fee must be paid prior to rebooking.

Packages & Promotions

• All packages and promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Packages expire one year from the date of purchase.

• Promotional rates are valid only when prepaid at the time of booking.

• Missed payment deadlines will result in cancellation of the promotional offer.
