BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

To receive promotional or package pricing, full payment is required at the time of booking. An invoice will be issued upon booking and must be paid upon receipt to confirm your appointment.

If payment is not received, the appointment, package, or promotional offer will be automatically cancelled and the promotional pricing may no longer be available.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

We kindly require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are subject to:

  • A $200 late cancellation/no-show fee charged to the card on file; or

  • Forfeiture of one treatment session from the applicable prepaid package.

For Laser Hair Removal, Forma, and BodyFX appointments, any applicable cancellation or no-show fee must be paid in full before a new appointment can be booked.

PACKAGES, MEMBERSHIPS & PROMOTIONS

All packages, memberships, and promotional purchases are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Packages expire 12 months from the date of the first appointment.

  • Memberships expire 16 months from the date of the first appointment.

  • Promotional pricing is available only when the promotion is paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Failure to meet the required payment deadline may result in cancellation of the promotional offer.

  • Unused sessions must be redeemed within the applicable package or membership validity period. Expired sessions cannot be extended or refunded.

RETAIL PRODUCTS

All retail skincare products are final sale.

  • No refunds or exchanges are permitted.

  • Please ensure you have selected the appropriate products before completing your purchase.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are:

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Must be applied toward a service of equal or greater value

  • Any remaining balance may be applied toward the applicable service or additional services, subject to clinic policy.
