Aerolase® Era Elite (Full Face & Neck)

An advanced ablative laser resurfacing treatment for clients looking for more intensive skin renewal.

Era Elite helps resurface the skin to improve texture, fine lines, uneven tone, scarring and overall skin quality. By encouraging the skin’s natural renewal process, it can create a smoother, fresher and more refined complexion.

Aerolase® Reverse (Full Face & Neck)

Our advanced combination resurfacing treatment pairing Aerolase Neo Elite + Aerolase Era Elite.

Treatment Limits

To maintain a balanced treatment plan, certain advanced treatments have a maximum allowance.

Aerolase Reverse, Aerolase Era Elite and DP4 Microneedling are each limited to a maximum of 3 sessions during the membership.

The remaining treatments may be selected from the other eligible membership services according to your goals, treatment suitability and recommended protocol.

Membership Exclusions

Hair Restoration and Exosome Therapy are not included in the VIVA Skin Membership.

Specialized add-ons, regenerative therapies, serums or other upgrades outside the standard membership treatment may be subject to additional fees.

Redemption Period & Important Membership Details

Clients have 16 months from the date of their first membership treatment to redeem all 12 sessions.

Treatments are generally spaced approximately every 4-5 weeks, depending on the treatment selected, individual skin needs, contraindications and the recommended treatment protocol.

We strongly encourage members to schedule their treatments in advance to secure their preferred dates and times.

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled through the booking app in accordance with VIVA’s scheduling and cancellation policies.

The membership is non-transferable, and terms and conditions apply. All treatments are subject to individual suitability, consultation when required, and applicable treatment contraindications.
